Andee – Yes, all chopped up, the caramels total about 1 cup (depending on how coarsely chopped they are). The caramel bits should work just as well! Happy baking!

These are incredible, just decadent. I was lucky enough to receive a box of these recently and nearly fell over in delight. Of course I had to remain upright in order to protect them from the hungry horde in my house.
